Description
The Change Manager must monitor and control the Change Management life cycle on a regular basis to ensure its
effectiveness. This should include reviewing the day to day activities that comprise the entire Change Management process.
Change Record logs must be reviewed for timely closures and backlogs. In case of escalations that may arise, the Change
Manager must handle the same. |
